Heres a pic of gary young from the metro jam finals, he must have tried this wallride to double whip about 20 times, one he pretty much landed but slid out. Hucking like this was going on all day. Pure insanity.

Skylar- sore legs from walking
Toast- Broken chain

here's mario going up the rail.

Day 5

we overslept, it was raining so it was ok, we got out the door and made our way to the metro jam. The pro qualifying went off. We missed some of it but it was all good. Then we made it to white rock after the jam, rode a bit, but it got pretty dark. After that we went out for a night on the town and missed the skytrain back to the motel, then struggled to get a cab cause we were so far away from our motel. Finally made it back at 4am. Good times.

Day 4

We just got done with a killer session at port coquitlam skatepark. Its pretty much the first skatepark we found without screwing it up. I 180'd a rail on a pyramid and mario hangover grinded a bunch of rails around the park. Toaster was doing good tables and a running tailwhip thing which was sweet. We got some killer footage and now we're about ready to go to the metro jam for pro qualifiers. See ya there. Sorry i haven't been able to post any pics or anything, we're working off of the motel computer where we can't transfer any pics to it :(

Day 3

Woke up and then went straight to metro jam. We caught the girls comp and amateur finals. The girls were shredding pretty good. I got some autographs from them and some other pros aka rob-o, edwin, and corey martinez. The amateurs shredded it, johnny rode really well. Some of these guys were good enough to enter pro i'm sure. After the jam was over we went and rode richmond skatepark which was pretty packed. Some good stuff went down there and some locals were owning it. After that it was back to the motel and then we went out to get some beer and pizza which was pretty good and then sessioned 7-11 and got some drinks and hot dogs. After that the dudes were kinda loose and we drove around and goofed off then passed out at like 4am

Day 2

We slept in pretty late and then started to make our way to the glen eagles skatepark. We got lost for about 2 hours and then finally got directions from a local skater at another park. Once there we ran into alex everett and jared, apparently it took them 2 hours to get there also. The session was fun but kind of short. After the session there, we walked around by the bay and got some food. Then we went back to the hotel and then went and hopped the train to the other side of the river and went to a "gentleman's club" and a casino where santos won $69 and ricky won $30. It got too late for the train so we walked for about 45mins to get back to the motel. It was a pretty sweet day 2.

Canada Day 1

Yo we made it to canada ok, customs took forever. We got some pizza and then went to shred at the park up the street from our motel that we found (surrey park?) it was fun and jason enns was there which was nuts. The session went on from about 4:30 til dark and we got some footage of mario doing just about every grind variation up and down the rail on the stairs. I did some good spins and stuff, and toast did some nice crankflips and stuff. After that, sessioned 7-11 and then went out for a night on the town. We got pretty lost trying to get to vancouver on the skytrain, but finally made it ok. We walked around forever and finally got to downtown. We did some drinkin at a bar and watched a couple of local bands. The drinking got a little out of control and it was quite the adventure trying to get back to the motel. All in all it was a pretty badass day 1 and day 2 should be just as fun.
